Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • We may offer Free Shipping promotions from time to time.


📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and link to track your shipment in real-time.


Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier company operations

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Natural disasters or unexpected events

In such cases, we’ll try our best to assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.


🚫 Undelivered Orders / Failed Delivery Attempts

If a courier makes multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. We’ll contact you to reschedule delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


✍️ Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to modify your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at boldcustomerscare@gmail.com.
Changes can only be made before dispatch.


📦 Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, opened, or missing, notify us within 48 hours at boldcustomerscare@gmail.com or call us at +92 340 8613455.
We will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
